Steve Houghton is the Chairman and CEO of Houghton Capital Corporation, a privately owned investment boutique whose focuses include special situations in the oil and gas, self-storage, and finance industries.
Steve's career began at Trammell Crow Company after graduating cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He co-founded ProPay, a payment solutions and processing firm, and served as its chairman until it was acquired by Total System Services, Inc. (NYSE: GPN) in 2012.
Steve currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Jennifer. Together, they are proud parents of five children and doting grandparents to three grandchildren.
